FB has way too many issues. I'd never post anything private in there. It's like painting your name on a water tower.

Don't flame me for this but I enjoy fb as much as here - have my ups and downs in both places.

I agree. FB is what it is, but the place is so wide open. It isn't like speaking in public, the words stay there and all can read. It's good for somethings and poor for others. NC is right, this place needs 20 more members.

My kids are beginning to see that Facebook is way too easy for too many people to read about their lives, so they are getting better at what they post.
My fav is Status Update, lol. Never ever post the depression ones, lol, it makes the kids all wonder what in the world is going on with you.
All my cousins are on Facebook, or so it seems, and my cousins' children are on facebook.
I had everyone worried about me, and a step daughter from Twin Cities that came to check out to see if I was okay.
True there were some difficult things going on in my life, but things have settled down somewhat, just waiting for the next dream-up idea that the son-in-law that is living with the new g/f and his new baby daughter can dream up about all of us. Posed and ready for the next event he will create in our lives. Geez, you think I will ever get my money back that I paid on his and his g/f electric bill so that they had electricity, not going to stop breathing, or holding my breathe, because I be dead before they pay me back. Will I pay their electric bill again, don't think so. The saying "If Momma isn't happy, no one is happy" will be seen the next time they come looking for money, they can sit in the dark next time.

Right, its ok to do it once, to help out, but don't make it a habit or they'll depend on you to bail them out. And when lending money to family the old saying is don't expect to get it back.
