Don't take anything I post on Facebook to close to heart. My political views change with the wind. That was just how I felt when I woke up this morning. Maybe it's I'm watching FOX news too early in the day.

He isn't even in the running for the championship. I have no idea why they came up with all that. NASCAR is dead. The new rules and new cars killed it off.

Well he is still in on 'the bubble' but its a long shot, hey, even Mark martin isn't in it, so.... but I'll agree all the cars look alike and are about the same these days. Maybe it has something to do with being politically correct so as not to 'hurt anyone's feelings' LOL...

They did that for 3 or 4 reasons. It created parity among the drivers. Previously some teams had better car builders. Can't have that! Plus, NASCAR had a very complicated method for checking car dimensions. Can't have variety! But, the point challenge was a huge error. It has cast them many many followers. There is almost no point in following the sport any more.
