| Past few days and tomorrow has been and will be rain. We need the rain - was a dry summer last year. Fl, Ga and Al have been fighting in court the past year over water rights.
The south doesn't get any snow melting runoff in the rivers. | |

| Yesterday we had some pretty cool thunderstorms. hail, wind, rain, lightening thunder. we had a tornado watch but nothing happened here. They had some straight line wind firther south from here that turned some trailers on their sides but no one was hurt. | |

| Tornadoes and lightning storms seem early this year. Or maybe with this late snow it just seems that way.
Cold here today. Not much thaw. Maybe a good thing. If it takes longer maybe it will keep the river level down a little. | |

| It was warm here too. But cool today like there. We got a little rain. But nothing much. The river is dropping. And they've opened at least some of the bridges and most of the businesses. Most people are still unable to drain water. But the local laundromat is open. The owner actually tore out some of his floor to access the drains so he could reroute them outside so people could have clean clothes. | This morning it is 58 degrees. cloudy. it rained off and on yesterday couldn't cut the grass and the next couple of days its supposed to rain. So the grass'll be high. Oh boy! | |
